The Raccoon River Neighborhood Association serves the area of West Des Moines, Iowa surrounding the Raccoon River. The association helps promote local activity, communicate news and other information relating to and affecting neighbors in this area.

The new neighborhood association includes Commerce, Hidden Creek, homes between South 35th Street and 50th Street along Grand Avenue, and the subdivisions north of Grand Avenue on South 35th Street to Mills Civic Parkway.
